These surveys are designed to encourage students to set goals and reflect on their study habits throughout the course. For each survey, instructors receive data and insights on the strategies students are using, how they think the term is progressing, and how you can target interventions and support to help your class.
Assign the Intro Survey near the beginning of the term to learn about your students' goals for the course, backgrounds, and what they are hoping to learn. Then, use the Checkpoint Surveys after major assignments and exams to encourage self-reflection. After each survey, you have access to individual student responses as well as overall class results. Use the data to adjust and plan future lessons.
