Nutrition/ STEM Active Learning Webinar
Jamie Pope - an award winning assistant professor in teaching and learning at Vanderbilt University and author of Scientific American Nutrition for a Changing World - leads 25 minute session on student engagement with a focus on the use of various technology in the life sciences. Dr. Pope has actively used student polling, online homework systems, in class activities, and adaptive quizzing to enhance student engagement and learning. She has shared search and rationale for specific approaches and tools that have worked best in her classes.
