Custom Content in Achieve

Does anyone know how to use the Custom Content tools in Achieve for Connections (Gore 3rd ed.)? I can only get options for an assessment, upload a file, or add a link. But how do I turn this into an assignment? I know that launchpad had a wide variety of options where I could make custom assignments, but I don't see that in Achieve.
