This activity can be used with individual students or groups. Given a scenario at the Department of Motor Vehicles, students code and tabulate data. They may be asked to construct a histogram (or polygon) of these data. Students will differ somewhat in their coding. Discussion might involve individual differences as well as reliability of assessments.
