Rejoy Sabin Thomas | I Am Motivated By Helping Other Student Achieve More

My Journey to #AchieveMore
Though not always instantly rewarding, helping my fellow peers in learning college courses has been my favorite experience so far. Being the smart kid is not my dream; instead, to be a 'helping-nerd' is my passion. It is easy to be content with the A grades, but the most exciting times are when I hear that the peers I help get good grades too. The truth that many of my peers need an external impulse to work as well is my greatest motivation. Looking back at all the friends I have made, all the sweet memories of laughter-filled moments that ended up with a small lesson from chemistry, every grateful handshake received after a well-done test or exam, and also the bright smile on the face when encouraged to move forward past the failures; these are the different bricks that build my motivation. Moreover, the untold recognition of being approachable for any help makes me feel trusted and fulfilling my duties as a student through intrinsic motivation.
