- Class Activity: Overcoming Setbacks
Class Activity: Overcoming Setbacks
Divide the class into groups and have students take turns trying to stump one another with a realistic scenario involving a setback to a task someone is trying to achieve. Students can draw from personal experience or create a scenario if they aren't comfortable sharing. One student will present a scenario and the others will counter with strategies that would help the person involved in the situation exhibit resilience and overcome his or her challenge.
