Hi!

First, let me start by wishing you all a very happy and healthy 2021! I love the new team name: The Lang Gang! It's just perfect!

Very shortly we will be sending calendar invites for the specific group meetings beginning later this month. As a reminder, the upcoming sessions will be:

January: 

• Using Sources Effectively in the Synthesis Essay: Meta Analysis and Meta Commentary
• Less Teaching, More Feedback: Using Sample Essays to Improve Student Writing

February

• Rhetoric in the Real World: Student Activism and Authentic Audiences
• Author-specific Lesson Planning Sessions 

To keep the meet-ups small enough for idea sharing and collaboration, we will be breaking you into two different working groups. Each group's meet-ups will cover the topics listed above. Please check your calendars for invites to upcoming sessions. If you can't make any of the sessions, we completely understand. We do hope to see you as often as you can make it though.
