Today Macmillan Learning announced that the STEM Education Summitwill focus this year on the future of work. The meeting -- held annually with us and Scientific American, the longest-running magazine in the US -- was established to help find solutions to best educate and empower the next generation of STEM students; for the seventh year, the event will bring together thought leaders from the education, business, policy, and technology communities to explore how to best do that. The STEM Education Summit will be held on Sept. 26 at the Central Library in Austin, Texas. The event is free to the public via livestream.
“As we enter what many are calling the fourth industrial revolution, this year’s focus on the future of work couldn't be more timely.
